HOW TO INSTALL 

1. extract mainfile.zip
2. copy cicool folder to your server directory ex : htdocs/cicool
3. running apllication in your browser ex http://yourhostname/cicool/
4. config data configuration database using the wizard, follow the steps
5. when finished click the finish button, and you will be on show to the login page and enter your email and password that you created administrator
